The drawing was a commission for the site owner. It is a companion piecs for three drawings made while the site was being refurbished: MANIPULATED OBJECTS, ARCHITECTS LICENSE and WINDOW DRESSING. It took quite a number of site visits to find a viewpoint which conveys the form of the building complex, the relationship to the equally old adjoining house [both places were built in the mid 1800s], the old art deco house on the opposite side of Musgrave Rd, and complete with some nice foreground vegation for drawing texture.
The collection of four original drawings are now owned by KO&Co.
